Hello
I’m Jordan Hubchik, founder of Spark & Flow Creative Coaching. I’m a licensed, board-certified art therapist (ATR-BC, LCAT) with years of experience supporting people in creative exploration, reflection, and engagement with artistic process. I live in beautiful Portland, Oregon, where creativity, nature, and curiosity are woven into daily life.
My work centers on creating supportive, collaborative spaces where curious humans can explore their imagination, engage with creative ideas, and spend time with art-making practices in ways that feel joyful, doable, and alive.
My Story
I started Spark & Flow because I deeply believe that creativity is for everyone—not just artists. So many people are cut off from their creative side early in life. Art-making often isn’t taught (or valued) beyond childhood, and many adults grow up believing they’re “not creative” or don’t know where to begin. I see creativity differently: as a vital form of expression, a source of joy, and an important way humans process experience and engage with the world.

After many years working as a therapist, I felt called to branch into coaching. I noticed a growing need for people who want to be creative but don’t need therapy—and instead are looking for guidance, structure, encouragement, and permission to play. Coaching allows me to be more collaborative and directive, offering tools, prompts, and creative practices while walking alongside clients as they experiment and explore. It also allows me to work with people around the world, beyond the limits of state-based licensure.

In my coaching sessions, I create a warm, supportive, and inspiring space where curiosity is encouraged, perfectionism can soften, and creativity gets to be messy, playful, and human. Together, we explore ideas, experiment with materials and techniques, and spend time with creative process in ways that feel supportive and aligned with your life.

I’m a queer, neurospicy toddler mom living in the Pacific Northwest, and I bring my authentic self into my work. I love making art, reading romantasy novels, watching comfort shows, and traveling. I’m silly, playful, and deeply invested in helping others feel safe enough to try, explore, and surprise themselves through art and creativity.
